Thank you for visiting suzannecnagy.com. We’ve tried to make online shopping as easy and transparent as possible. We’re happy to answer any questions and work with you on framing and shipping options. Please contact suzannecnagy@gmail.com for anything not listed below.

If you’re ready to make a purchase, here are a few things you might want to know before your order…

 

1. All original artworks are non-refundable

   • We want to have happy collectors. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us straight away to let us know. 1n the case of broken items during shipping, ‘exchange’ is available with a picture or video submitted via email within 10 days of receiving.

2. Shipping in the US and International

   • USPS Ground and Priority Mail Shipping is FREE within the US.

   • Alternative shipping options may be agreed upon in writing and will incur additional costs

   • We ship worldwide (international buyers are responsible for shipping costs and any additional customs fees and taxes)

   • Your purchase will be shipped between 1-3 business days after receiving payment (excluding weekends and bank holidays)

   • We offer store pickup (Mondays to Fridays, 10am-6pm)

3. Suzanne C. Nagy retains copyrights to all artworks

   • Purchasing work on this site does not include the copyright. The images of artworks can not be used for commercial purposes unless there is a written agreement directly from Suzanne C. Nagy

   • We provide a Certificate of Authenticity to every artwork
