Exploring Fracking Through Art
New York City
2013
In Exploring Fracking Through Art, I examine the environmental degradation caused by hydraulic fracturing and the widespread seepage of harmful chemicals into our air and water. This crisis disproportionately affects the health of women and children across the United States, exposing vulnerable communities to long-term risks. By merging scientific insight with artistic expression, my work sheds light on the hidden dangers of fracking and its profound societal consequences. Through visual narratives, I challenge viewers to reconsider the true cost of industrial progress and its irreversible impact on our environment. This exhibition is both a reflection on the urgent need for awareness and a call to action, urging us all to take responsibility for the future of our planet.
