RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want our collectors to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If you have any concerns, please contact us immediately.

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Insurance is available for an additional fee. If your purchase is insured through us and sustains damage during shipping, we can file the claim on your behalf and issue a refund.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing insurance to protect your artwork. While restoration services are available, insurance ensures greater security in case of damage or loss.
