MY GARDEN II
Rose I-VIII - Acrylic on canvas (16" x 20" each)
A flower with symbolic meanings.
There are no roses without the spike.
Gentle hands to hold a rose, not to get picked.
The longest-lasting beautiful odor surrounds us to have roses in our life.
The colors are meaningful as a symbolic flower.
A single red rose represents gratitude or love.
Love, beauty and passion, desire, romance.
Sensuality, secrecy, and mysticism.
The ancient Egyptians saw them as offerings to the gods and symbols of love and death.
White roses are purity; yellow is friendship.
In my garden, I have all these wonderful color roses lifting up my spirit and hope.
BREEZE Series
In recent years, I have embraced expressionism as a medium for my artistic vision. My Breeze series embodies this commitment, with its symbolic white, irregular circles that evoke the movement of the wind across the surface. These forms represent the unseen forces shaping our world, such as the global direction of the wind and its effects on our lives. Nature remains an ever-present subject in my work, as it is greater than us and holds the answers to many of our challenges.
